摘要
课程辅导教师是开放教育教学设计的参与者和实施者,是学生自主学习的指导者和支助者,建设一支高素质的相对稳定的基层电大课程辅导教师队伍,是提高开放教育质量的关键。为此,要充分认识课程辅导教师的地位和作用,明确其基本素质要求;切实加强课程辅导教师培训;建立激励机制和远程开放教育教师资格认证制度和拓宽课程辅导教师来源渠道。
:Course-aidding teachers are the carriers of teaching design in open education,as well as guiders and supportores of students. It is the key for improving the quality of open education to set up a stable teaching group in local RTVY with high quality. Thus, we must realize the roles of course-aidding teachers, make clear their qualification; strengthen their trainning;set up stimulating system and teacher qualification certifying system for distance open education; expand channals to attract more course-aidding teachers.
