摘要
根据心理学原理 ,将表象演练运用到背越式跳高教学中 ,使背越式跳高的基本知识、基本技术和技能的学习与智能演练相结合 ,改变了原背越式跳高的教学结构。实验结果表明 。
According to psychological principles,the authors taught Fosbury flop by image drill in order to combine basic knowledge,skill and study with mental training. It was found by image drill,the original teaching structure was changed. The teaching results were better.
