摘要
撑杆跳高是我国田径教学的主要内容之一,但教学中由于其技术的复杂性和练习时具有的一定危险性使撑杆跳高的技术教学有一定的难度,很难达到预定的教学目标。在进行撑杆跳高技术教学中如果能成功运用体育心理学原理不仅能很好的解决学生在学习撑杆跳高时的心理障碍而且会收到事半功倍的教学效果。
The pole jump is one of the main elements of our athletic teaching, but its technical complexity and practice with a certain risk enables it difficult to realize the teaching goal. If we can successfully applying principles of exercise psychology in the pole jump teaching, we can not only overcome the psychological barrier of the student s' in learning the pole jump very well, but also receive the enhanced effectiveness with half the effort teaching effect.
