摘要
以细胞间隙连接蛋白基因Cx2 6作为目的基因 ,通过T -A载体介导 ,构建真核表达重组载体pcDNA3 1(+) /Cx2 6 ,重组表达载体转染人鼻咽癌细胞株HNE1,表达Cx2 6间隙连接蛋白。
Using T-A vector to constructeukaryotic gene recombinants is a rapid and convenient method. In this study, pcDNA3.1(+)/Cx26 was constructed by the method and transferred into nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line HNE1. Cx26 protein was expressed in HNE1.
