跟人带教联合问题导向学习教学模式在产科门诊高职护生中的应用效果

The application effect of the mentorship combined with problembased learning teaching mode in obstetric outpatient higher vocational nursing students

摘要 目的观察跟人带教联合问题导向学习(PBL)教学模式在产科门诊高职护生中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至12月在玉林市妇幼保健院产科门诊实习的60名高职护理专业学生,2023年1月至6月入科护生为对照组,2023年7月至12月入科护生为观察组,每组各30名。对照组接受跟人传统教学,观察组在对照组基础上接受PBL教学模式带教。实习周期均为2周,在护生转科前1~2 d,从综合素质(主动服务意识、自主学习意识)、考核成绩(孕期保健相关知识理论、操作技能)、教学质量满意度三方面对两组护生进行综合评价,比较两种带教模式的效果。结果观察组护生实习后综合素质、孕期保健相关知识考核成绩、教学质量满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟人带教联合PBL教学模式的带教效果优于跟人带教,能明显提高护生的孕期保健专科知识等综合能力,提升护理带教质量,值得在临床护理带教中推广应用。 Objective To observe the application effect of the mentorship combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in obstetric outpatient higher vocational nursing students.Methods A total of 60 higher vocational nursing students who interned in the obstetric outpatient of Yulin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected.Those who joined the department from January to June 2023 formed the control group,while those who joined from July to December 2023 constituted the observation group,with 30 students in each group.The control group received traditional mentorship teaching mode,while the observation group received PBL teaching mode in addition to the control group’s instruction.The internship period was uniformly set at two weeks.One to two days prior to the nursing students’rotation to another department,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on both groups based on three dimensions:overall competency(proactive service awareness and self-directed learning initiative),assessment scores(theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to prenatal care),and teaching quality satisfaction.This evaluation aimed to compare the effectiveness of the two mentoring models.Results The observation group demonstrated higher overall competency,better scores on prenatal care knowledge assessments,and higher satisfaction with teaching quality compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of the mentorship combined with PBL teaching mode is better than that of m entorship,which can s ignificantly improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students such as pregnancy health care specialist knowledge and improve the quality of nursing teaching,which is worthy of promotion and applicati on in clinical nursing teaching.
