基于临床需求的疼痛教学满意度与质量相关性分析

摘要 目的分析西南医科大学附属医院疼痛科实习护生对临床护理教学的满意度,以修订临床教学方法,探讨疼痛科护理带教满意度与教学质量之间的相关性,为提高疼痛科护理带教质量提供参考。方法采用自行设计的问卷对西南医科大学附属医院疼痛科2022~2025年120名实习、见习以及规培的护生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式收集护生对带教老师的满意度评价以及教学质量评估数据,并进行相关性分析。结果护生对带教老师的满意度与教学质量呈显著正相关,其中带教老师的专业素养、教学方法、沟通能力以及人文关怀能力是影响满意度和教学质量的关键因素。护生满意度较低的项目主要集中在病区入科介绍内容简单,带教老师是否关心实习护生的思想生活、是否带领实习护生与患者进行健康教育、是否注重实习护生综合素质教育、是否培养实习护生独立思考和解决问题的能力、是否与师道形象相符等六个方面。结论提高带教老师的专业素养、优化教学方法、增强沟通能力和人文关怀能力,有助于提升疼痛科护理带教质量和护生满意度。 Objective To analyse the satisfaction of nursing interns in the Pain Management Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University with clinical nursing education,revise clinical teaching methods,explore the correlation between nursing education satisfaction and teaching quality in the Pain Management Department,and provide references for improving the quality of nursing education in the Pain Management Department.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 120 nursing students(including interns,trainees,and residents)in the Pain Management Department of Southwest Medical University Affiliated Hospital from 2022 to 2025.Data on nursing students'satisfaction with teaching staff and teaching quality were collected through the questionnaire and analysed for correlation.Result Nursing students’satisfaction with teaching instructors was significantly positively correlated with teaching quality.Among these,teaching instructors'professional competence,teaching methods,communication skills,and humanistic care capabilities were key factors influencing satisfaction and teaching quality.The areas where nursing students reported lower satisfaction primarily focused on six aspects:the content of ward orientation being too simplistic,whether instructors cared about the interns'mental and emotional well-being,whether they led interns in health education with patients,whether they emphasised comprehensive quality education for interns,whether they cultivated interns'ability to think independently and solve problems,and whether their behaviour aligned with the image of a mentor.Conclusion Enhancing the professional competence of preceptors,optimising teaching methods,strengthening communication skills,and improving humanistic care capabilities can help improve the quality of nursing education in the pain management department and enhance student satisfaction.
