摘要
随着互联网信息技术和教育信息化的不断发展,高等院校教学质量正在发生巨大变革.民办院校是高等院校发展的重要组成部分,在护理专业课程的建设中存在教育资源短缺、师资队伍薄弱且整体教学水平参差不齐等情况.为适应数字化教学趋势及提升课程质量,构建"高质量、高深度、暖人心"的"金课"已成为当前教育改革的重要任务.本研究以妇产科护理学"金课"构建策略为例,以数字化转型教育理念为指导,对教学内容的重构、教学方法的新颖运用、数字化资源的构建、考核模式的改善、教师的梯队建设为基础给出策略,以形成以学生为中心、理论与实践相结合的高效能教学体系,从而更好地提升学生临床思维与人文关怀意识,推进民办院校护理教学的高质量发展.
With the continuous development of Internet information technology and educational informatization,the quality of teaching in higher education institutions is undergoing tremendous changes.Private colleges are an important part of the development of higher education,but they often face shortages of educational resources,weak teaching staff,and uneven overall teaching quality in the construction of nursing courses.To adapt to the trend of digital teaching and improve course quality,the construction of"golden courses"that are"high-quality,in-depth,and heart-warming"has become an important task in the current educational reform.Taking the construction strategy of the"golden course"of"Obstetric and Gynecologic Nursing"as an example,and guided by the educational concept of digital transformation,this study proposes strategies for the reconstruction of teaching content,innovative application of teaching methods,construction of digital resources,improvement of assessment modes,and the building of a teaching staff echelon.The aim is to form a student-centered,high-efficiency teaching system that combines theory with practice,so as to better enhance students'clinical thinking and humanistic care awareness,and promote the high-quality development of nursing teaching in private colleges.
