摘要
“新质生产力”崛起为检验医学教育带来挑战与机遇。本文探讨了“新质生产力”下检验医学教育的创新路径与发展策略,包括课程体系调整、教学方法变革、校企合作、教材建设及思政融合等方面。通过分析“新质生产力”的内涵与特征及其对检验医学教育的影响,提出了未来研究方向,如持续推进信息化建设、深化数字化技术应用、强化校企合作深度与广度、优化课程体系与教学方法、加强思政与专业融合的创新实践,以培养适应时代需求的高素质检验医学人才。
The rise of new quality productive forces presents both challenges and opportunities for laboratory medicine education.This paper discusses the innovative paths and development strategies of laboratory medicine education under the background of new quality productive forces including curriculum system adjustment,teaching method reform,school-enterprise cooperation,textbook construction and ideological and political integration.By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of new quality productive forces and its influence on laboratory medicine education,the future research directions are proposed,such as continuously promoting informatization construction,deepening the application of digital technology,strengthening the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the curriculum system and teaching methods,and strengthening the innovative practice of ideological and political integration with majors,so as to cultivate high-quality laboratory medicine talents who meet the needs of the times.
