摘要
本文通过对珩磨工艺的深入研究,分析珩磨的原理,详细阐述了缸套孔超精密加工过程中表面网纹形貌的成因,包括珩磨工艺、珩磨设备、珩磨油石选择等多个方面,深入分析了缺陷产生的机理,旨在探讨缸套孔超精密加工过程中表面网纹形貌的形成机制,最终提出了优化缸套孔超精密加工表面网纹形貌的建议,为发动机缸套的高效、高精度加工提供了理论支持与技术参考。
Through an in-depth study of the honing process,this paper analyzes the principle of honing and elaborates in detail on the causes of the surface crosshatch pattern during the ultra-precision machining of the cylinder liner bore,covering various aspects such as the honing process,honing equipment,and the selection of honing stones.It conducts an in-depth analysis of the mechanism behind the occurrence of defects,aiming to explore the formation mechanism of the surface crosshatch pattern during the ultra-precision machining of the cylinder liner bore.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for optimizing the surface crosshatch pattern in the ultra-precision machining of the cylinder liner bore,providing theoretical support and technical references for the efficient and high-precision machining of engine cylinder liners.
