摘要
缸孔圆柱度是发动机缸体加工过程中的一项重要质量指标,对活塞环的润滑和密封都有较大影响。本文从精镗缸孔加工质量、粗珩余量以及珩磨上下止点高度三个方面分析了缸体加工参数对缸孔圆柱度的影响。实验结果表明:精镗缸孔的加工质量是形成最终缸孔圆柱度的重要因素,使用带导向条镗刀以及选取合适的进给量可以有效改善缸孔的圆柱度。合适的选取珩磨余量也对缸孔圆柱度有较大影响,研究表明较大或者较小的珩磨余量都会导致圆柱度有增大的趋势。珩磨上下止点高度由于影响缸孔成型而导致缸孔圆柱度产生变化,选取合适的上下止点高度可以有效避免缸孔出现喇叭口、腰鼓孔等加工形貌。
Cylinder bore cylindricity is an important?quality index in the machining of engine block, which has a great impact on the lubrication and sealing of piston ring. The influence of the machining quality of finish boring cylinder hole, honing allowance and the bottom dead center of honing were analyzed in the present. The experimental results show that the machining quality of finish boring cylinder hole is an important factor to form the cylinder hole cylindriciw, the boring cutter with guide bar and appropriate feed can effectively improve the cylinder bore cylindriciW. The selection of suitable honing allowance also has a great influence on the cylinder bore cylindricity, the indicated mean the larger or smaller honing allowance are trend to increase the cylindricity. The bottom dead center of honing is also an important factor due to the change of the cylinder bore shape, an appropriate bottom dead center can avoid the unacceptable machining morphology such as horn mouth, drum hole etc.
