摘要
根据缸套平顶网纹的表面形貌特征，初步地探讨了平顶网纹气缸套的工作特点，详细地介绍了运用试验设计、主成分分析等方法，对平顶网纹缸套的珩磨加工工艺方案的研究，并通过与普通珩磨网纹缸套的性能对比试验，验证了平顶网纹缸套的实用价值．
According to the features of surface profile of bushing with flat roofed mesh, its operation characteristics are discussed. The experiment design and basic analysis applied to the study of the boning technique schemes of the mesh are introduced in detail, and the utility value is verified by the contrast experiments between bushing with flat roofed mesh and one with common mesh.
