摘要
文章研究了铆接结构在仿真分析中的建模方法。结合铆接结构的运用情况、结构特点及目前在仿真计算处理中遇到的问题,得出铆接结构分析简化的必要性。本文首先介绍了铆钉的受力情况,列出影响铆钉强度的相关参数。采用Nx Nastran仿真分析软件对典型的铆钉连接结构建模,形成了铆接结构的原始模型,同时又提出了三种简化模型。经过对四种模型进行五次分析计算,并将计算结果进行对比分析后,得出了铆接结构的简化模型。
This article studies the modeling methods of riveted structures in simulation analysis.Based on the application situation,structural characteristics of riveted structures and the problems encountered in the current simulation calculation processing,the necessity of simplifying the analysis of riveted structures is concluded.This article first introduces the force conditions of rivets and lists the relevant parameters that affect the strength of rivets.The typical rivet connection structure was modeled by using the Nx Nastran simulation analysis software,forming the original model of the riveting structure.Meanwhile,three simplified models were proposed.After conducting five analyses and calculations on four models and comparing and analyzing the calculation results,the most ideal simplified model of the riveting structure was obtained.
