摘要
在分析某地铁铝合金车体结构特点和铝合金材料的力学性能的基础上,建立了车体结构的有限元模型,并借鉴国内外的地铁车辆技术标准和地铁车辆的实际运行状态确定了载荷工况。还分析了车体结构在各个工况下产生的应力、变形和模态。结果表明该铝合金车体的强度满足要求。
Based on the analysis on the structural charactaristics of fidly-welded aluminum tdloy carbody as well as dynamic performances of the alloy material for some metro vehicle, the finite element model is built for the carbody structure, The load modes are determ ned in the reference of the technical standards and actual running status of the metro vehicles at home and abroad, The stresses, deformations and modes of the carbody at different modes are analyzed, The results show that the strength of the aluminum alloy carbody is consistent with the requirement.
