摘要
介绍了有限元计算中耦合节点法、多点约束(MPC)单元和梁单元等三种铆钉模拟方法的原理和使用方法。以某导弹结构抽象出的圆筒型铆接结构为例,分别用三种方法模拟结构中的铆钉,通过对三种方法的有限元结果进行比较分析,得出结论:三种方法均可正确合理的模拟铆钉;对以剪切破坏、挤压破坏和两者的组合破坏为主的圆筒型铆接结构可以采用耦合节点法模拟铆钉;对于需要考虑铆钉所受轴力的情况,可以采用MPC单元法或梁单元法模拟铆钉。
The principle and application of three methods, coupling DOF method, MPC element and beam element, which simulated the rivets in FE analysis, is introduced in this paper. These methods are used to simulate the rivets in a riveted joint cylindric structure. Results show these methods are available to simulate the rivets and the coupling DOF method can be adopted in the structure which failure mechanism is caused by the shearing, extrusion or both of shearing and extrusion.
