摘要
依据GB 24541—2022《手部防护机械危害防护手套》,文章分析了防护手套耐切割性(直刀试验法)的测量不确定度主要来源,阐述了一种采用对数化切割距离进行最小二乘拟合的不确定度计算方法,讨论了标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度的评定方法。
This paper analyzes the main sources of measurement uncertainty for cut resistance(straight blade cutting)of protective gloves according to GB 24541-2022 Hand Protection-Protective Gloves Against Mechanical Risks,elaborates on a log transformation of the cut-through distances for evaluating the uncertainty of ordinary least-square fitting by simulation,discusses the uncertainty by evaluation methods of standard uncertainty,combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty.
