摘要
巷道掘进速度影响煤矿生产效益,针对机掘工作面掘进困难、机电设备能耗高的问题,提出使用水力压裂预处理掘进面坚硬岩体,辅助综掘机达到快速掘进地目的。以某煤矿机头硐室岩巷作为工程背景,根据岩巷水力压裂施工特点对传统水力压裂施工设备进行选择和改良,使多个传统水力压裂工艺进行结合,增加注水软化工序,保证水力压裂预处理施工的高效快速。提出多种方案进行现场施工对比,确定了单孔压裂的五孔布置为最佳施工方案,工作面日进程由压力前的4 m提高至10 m,增幅达到150%,工作面可吸入粉尘量由压力前最高8000 mg/m^(3)降低至满足安全生产要求的10 mg/m^(3)以内。
The tunnelling speed affects the production efficiency of coal mine.Aiming at the problem that the rock breaking speed of the solid rock excavator is slow,the paper innovatively proposes to assist the excavator to achieve the purpose of rapid excavation.This paper selects and improves the traditional hydraulic fracturing construction equipment according to the characteristics of hydraulic fracturing construction in a coal mine head chamber,combines multiple traditional hydraulic fracturing processes,adds water injection softening process,and ensures the high efficiency and speed of hydraulic fracturing pre-treatment construction.Various schemes were put forward for on-site construction comparison,and the five-hole layout of single-hole fracturing was determined as the best construction scheme.The daily process of working face was increased from 4 m before pressure to 10 m,an increase of 150%,and the inhalable dust amount of working face was reduced from the maximum 8000 mg/m^(3) before pressure to less than 10 mg/m^(3) to meet the safety production requirements.
