电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定黄芪粉中铬含量不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Chromium Content in Astragalus membranaceusi Powder by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对黄芪粉中的铬含量进行测定,综述了试样中铬含量的测定过程,构建了测量模型,分析了不确定度的主要来源,对输入量的标准不确定度进行评定,并确定被测量的扩展不确定度,对不确定度分量进行合成,最终确定铬含量的扩展不确定度为0.011 mg/kg。 The chromium content in Astragalus membranaceusi powder was determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The determination process of chromium content in the sample was described,and a measurement model was constructed.The sources of uncertainty were analyzed,and the standard uncertainty of the input quantity was evaluated.The extended uncertainty of the measured quantity was determined,and the uncertainty components were synthesized.Finally,the extended uncertainty was calculated to be 0.011 mg/kg.
