夜兰花多酚提取及抗氧化性研究

Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenols from Evening Orchid

摘要 以超声辅助法提取夜兰花中的多酚,采用酒石酸亚铁法测定多酚含量,利用正交试验设计优化提取工艺参数,并通过体外抗氧化试验对夜兰花多酚的抗氧化性进行评估.结果表明:料液比1:50 g/mL、乙醇浓度50%、超声时间150 min时,夜兰花多酚提取率最高为4.62 mg/g;夜兰花多酚与BHT在70μg/mL浓度下对ABTS自由基清除率分别为96.92%、99.00%,夜兰花多酚的还原能力相当于BHT的94.04%,表明夜兰花多酚具有显著的抗氧化活性,具备应用于功能性食品开发的价值. Polyphenols were extracted from evening orchid by ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The content of polyphenols was determined by the ferrous tartrate method,and the extraction parameters were optimized by orthogonal array design.The antioxidant activity of evening orchid polyphenols was evaluated by in vitro antioxidant assays.The results showed that the highest extraction yield of polyphenols(4.62 mg/g)was obtained under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio 1:50 g/mL,ethanol concentration 50%,and ultrasonic time 150 min.At a concentration of 70µg/mL,the ABTS radical scavenging rates of evening orchid polyphenols and BHT were 96.92%and 99.00%,respectively.The reducing power of evening orchid polyphenols was equivalent to 94.04%of that of BHT,indicating that evening orchid polyphenols have significant antioxidant activity and are valuable for the development of functional foods.
