摘要
针对已投运的一级负荷110 kV变电站引入两路10 kV第三电源的场景,因全人工操作切换运行方式耗时较长,导致变电站长时间停电。为进一步提高机场供电的安全性、可靠性、快速性和选择性,以成都双流国际机场的110 kV民航变电站为例,对10 kV第三电源的自投系统进行了建设优化。通过编写自动投入开关动作控制逻辑、对比自投系统接线方式,将核心断路器由手动操作改为电动操作,增加核心断路器可视化,优化总站和应急站开关动作逻辑,从而形成了10 kV第三电源的自投系统,解决了10 kV第三电源切换时间长的问题。针对带电运行中的110 kV变电站自投系统,采用全站不停电的调试方法,开展自投逻辑动作校验及整组自投传动验证的调试应用。
A 110 kV substation with primary load in operation,which has introduced two 10 kV third power supplies,due to the long time required for manual operation to s witch the operation mode,the s ubstation experienced a prolonged power outage.To further enhance the safety,reliability,rapidity and selectivity of power supply for the airport,taking the 110 kV civil aviation substation of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport as an example,the self-switching system of the 10 kV third power supply was constructed and optimized.By writing the automatic switching switch action control logic,comparing the wiring method of the self-switching system,changing the core circuit breaker from manual operation to electric operation,adding visualization of the core circuit breaker,and optimizing the action logic of the main station and emergency station switches,a self-switching system for the 10 kV third power supply was formed,solving the problem of long switching time for the 10 kV third power supply.The self-switching system of the 110 kV substation in operation was debugged using the method of no-power-off operation of the entire station,and the debugging application of self-switching logic action verification and the verification of the entire group of selfswitching transmission.
