摘要
高低压开关柜是数据中心的关键电力设备,长期带电运行时,其动静触头与电气连接点易受环境温湿度、电动力等因素影响而发热,进而诱发故障。温度在线监测系统能够实时采集开关柜温度信息,实现故障早期预警,为电网安全可靠运行提供保障。首先,分析了在数据中心开关柜中应用温度在线监测系统的必要性;然后,研究了系统测温方式的选择与整体架构;最后,结合某数据中心机房的实例,探讨了该系统的具体应用与运行效果。研究表明,该系统能有效提升隐患发现与预警能力,对保障数据中心供电安全、推动运维模式向预测性维护转型具有重要实践意义。
High and low voltage switch cabinets are key power equipment in data centers.When they operate under power for a long time,their moving and static contacts and electrical connection points are prone to heat up due to factors such as environmental temperature and humidity and electrical force,which may then cause faults.The online temperature monitoring system can collect the temperature information of switch cabinets in real time,achieve early warning of faults,and provide a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.Firstly,the necessity of applying the temperature online monitoring system in the switch cabinets of the data center was analyzed.Then,the selection of the temperature measurement method and the overall architecture of the system were studied.Finally,combined with an example of a data center computer room,the specific application and operation effect of the system were discussed.Research shows that this system can effectively enhance the ability to detect and warn of potential hazards,which is of great practical significance for ensuring the power supply safety of data centers and promoting the transformation of operation and maintenance models to predictive maintenance.
