摘要
在生态文明建设与乡村振兴战略深度融合的背景下,针对乡村发展中生态保护与经济发展相割裂的困境,本研究探索以生态环境导向的开发模式重构乡村聚落设计范式。研究阐释了EOD生态资源→产业增值→收益反哺的价值循环逻辑与乡村多维振兴目标的内在耦合关系,明确了空间设计作为价值转化媒介的核心作用,进而构建了由“价值引领的系统思维、空间载体的协同策略、技术赋能的治理机制”组成的生态宜居导向设计框架,并提炼出保障范式落地的关键要素。该范式旨在推动乡村建设从工程思维转向生态系统经营思维,为系统性实现乡村生态宜居目标提供理论支撑与实践路径。
Under the background of the deep integration of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy,the dilemma of separation between ecological protection and economic development in rural development is addressed.The reconstruction of the design paradigm for rural settlements is explored based on the Eco-environment Oriented Development(EOD)mode.The internal coupling relationship between the value circulation logic of EOD,which is transformed from ecological resources to industrial appreciation and then to benefit feedback,and the multi-dimensional goals of rural revitalization are elaborated.The core role of spatial design as a medium for value transformation is clarified.Furthermore,an ecological livability-oriented design framework is constructed,which is composed of“value-led systematic thinking,collaborative strategies for spatial carriers,and technology-empowered governance mechanisms”.The key elements to ensure the implementation of the paradigm are extracted.The paradigm is designed to promote the transformation of rural construction from engineering thinking to ecosystem management thinking,and to provide theoretical support and practical approaches for the systematic realization of rural ecological livability goals.
