摘要
目的评价智能化轨道物流系统在临床血液保障中的应用效果。方法比较人工和轨道两种途径下,血液制剂从输血科发出到临床接收所需时间以及紧急用血响应时间。结果与人工发血相比,智能化轨道物流系统可以显著缩短血液转运时间以及紧急用血响应时间,两种途径比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,经智能化轨道物流系统运输的血液制剂,均符合国家相关用血质量标准要求。结论智能化轨道物流系统运送血液安全、高效,可提升紧急血液保障能力。
Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness of an intelligent rail logistics system in clinical blood supply assurance.Methods The time required for blood products to be dispatched from the blood transfusion department and received in clinical settings,as well as the emergency blood response time,were compared between manual and rail-based delivery methods.Results Compared with manual blood dispatch,the intelligent rail logistics system significantly reduced blood transportation time and emergency blood response time,with statistically significant differences between the two methods(P<0.05).Additionally,all blood products transported via the intelligent rail logistics system met the relevant national blood quality standards.Conclusion The intelligent rail logistics system ensures safe and efficient blood transportation,enhancing emergency blood supply assurance capabilities.
