摘要
介绍了物流传输的现状,根据轨道物流传输系统的特性,阐述了实行医院统一归口管理、制订相应的规章制度、制订相应的应急管理制度和流程预案等管理方法。分析了该系统试运行中存在的问题及解决方案,指出了合理的轨道物流管理能提高医院的工作效率,并可为患者提供更快捷和更高质量的服务。
The present situation of logistics transportation was described, and some. suggestions were put forward including performing integrated hospital management, establishing rules and regulations, constructing emergency management and developing flow and predetermined plan. The problems and solutions of the rail logistics system in the major hospital were analyzed, and it＇s pointed out that rail logistics might enhance the hospital efficiency and medical service.
