综合目标管理法在医院医疗质量与绩效管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨医院医疗质量、绩效管理中采用综合目标管理法的效果。方法选取2024年1月—2025年1月滁州市第一人民医院工作人员11名,2024年1—6月实施常规管理法作为对照组,2024年7月—2025年1月实施综合目标管理法作为研究组,比较两组工作质量、工作人员综合素质及管理满意度。结果研究组服务质量、医疗效率、合规管理、职业品德评分较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组责任感(96.07±1.62)分、规划能力(95.53±1.33)分、创新发展(96.27±2.01)分、组织领导能力(96.55±2.05)分,较对照组的(91.66±1.75)分、(92.64±2.05)分、(92.88±2.34)分、(92.76±2.29)分更高,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.133,3.922,3.645,4.090;P均<0.05)。研究组工作目标指导性、考核项目公正性、考核方法可行性、考核指标精准性、绩效管理效果、评分方法科学性评分较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论综合目标管理法应用于医院医疗质量、绩效管理中,能够提高工作质量和工作人员的综合素质,提升管理满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the comprehensive objective management method in the medical quality and performance management of hospitals.Methods Eleven staff members of the Chuzhou First People's Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected.Those who implemented the conventional management method from January to June 2024 were taken as the control group,and those who implemented the comprehensive target management method from July 2024 to January 2025 were taken as the study group.The work quality,comprehensive quality of the staff and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of service quality,medical efficiency,compliance management and professional ethics in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The study group's sense of responsibility,planning ability,innovation and development and organizational leadership ability were 96.07±1.62,95.53±1.33,96.27±2.01,and 96.55±2.05,which were higher than 91.66±1.75,92.64±2.05,92.88±2.34,92.76±2.29 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.133,3.922,3.645,4.090;all P<0.05).The scores of the study group in terms of the guidance of work objectives,the fairness of assessment projects,the feasibility of assessment methods,the accuracy of assessment indicators,the effect of performance management,and the scientificity of scoring methods were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the comprehensive objective management method in the medical quality and performance management of hospitals can improve the quality of work and the comprehensive quality of staff,and increase management satisfaction.
