摘要
本文基于现代医院管理理论,提出创新改革路径:通过优化管理架构、推行精细化管理与成本控制解决运行低效问题;构建人才引进与激励机制应对专业人才流失;深化信息化建设,整合大数据与人工智能技术提升诊疗效率。未来需融合敏捷管理思维,强化智慧医疗应用,通过远程诊疗、疾病预测模型优化服务流程,同时以患者为中心完善医患沟通机制。这些举措不仅可缓解医疗资源供需矛盾,还将推动医院向高效、智能化转型,为构建公平、高质量的医疗卫生体系提供理论与实践支撑,助力实现可持续发展目标。
Based on modern hospital management theories,this article proposes an innovative reform path:to solve the problem of low operational efficiency by optimizing the management structure,implementing refined management and cost control.Establish a talent introduction and incentive mechanism to deal with the loss of professional talents.Deepen the construction of informatization and integrate big data and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.The research emphasizes that in the future,it is necessary to integrate agile management thinking,strengthen the application of smart healthcare,optimize service processes through remote diag-nosis and treatment and disease prediction models,and at the same time,improve the doctor-patient communication mechanism centered on patients.These measures not only can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of medical resources,but also will promote the transformation of hospitals towards efficiency and intelligence,provid-ing theoretical and practical support for building a fair and high-quality medical and health system and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
