摘要
校外实践教育基地是高校与企业深化产教融合、实现协同育人的核心载体。本文以皖西学院光电信息科学与工程专业与武汉光驰科技有限公司合作共建的实践教育基地为依托,深入探讨基地在改革与建设方面的核心思路,依据学生不同年级的认知规律与学习需求,设计并推行具有针对性的分阶段实践培养方案。实践表明,该基地有效提升了学生的光电技术实践能力、工程创新能力与团队协作能力,缩短了学生从校园到企业的岗位适应周期,同时为地方高校光电类专业实践基地建设提供了可借鉴的模式,对推动应用型人才培养质量提升具有重要意义。
The off-campus practical education base is the core carrier for universities and enterprises to deepen the integration of industry and education and achieve collaborative education.Based on the the practical education base between the optoelectronic information science and engineering major of West Anhui University and Wuhan Guangchi Technology Co.,Ltd,this paper explores in depth the core ideas of the reform and construction of the base,designs and implements targeted phased practical training programs based on the cognitive laws and learning needs of students in different grades.The practice has shown that this base effectively enhances students’practical abilities in optoelectronic technology,engineering innovation and team collaboration,shortens their adaptation period from campus to enterprise,and provides a reference model for the construction of optoelectronic professional practical bases in local universities,which is of great significance for promoting the quality improvement of applied talent cultivation.
