摘要
"创新型国家发展战略"的新工科形势对高等教育中大学生的工程能力培养提出了新的要求。分析了传统实习模式中存在的诸如实习单位少,学生动手操作机会少,指导教师工程经验不足,考核模式形式化等问题并提出相应的改革措施,取得了初步成效。
The new engineering situation of"innovative national development strategy"puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of engineering ability of college students in higher education.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional practice mode:few practice units,less opportunities for students to operate,lack of experienced engineering instructors,formalization of assessment mode.In view of these problems,the corresponding reform measures are put forward,and some results have been achieved.
