摘要
基于产业需求,分析了与光电信息产业对接的光电专业应用复合型创新人才培养的实践经验及存在的问题。以吉林工程技术师范学院光电信息科学与工程专业为例,通过多元化的三导师制、三层次理工融合课程体系以及一三三式产学研实践体系,推进学科交叉融合,为适应产业需求的光电专业多学科交叉融合的应用复合型人才和创新型人才培养方式变革,提出有益借鉴。
Based on the industrial needs,this paper analyzes the practical experience and problems in the cultivation of applied composite innovative talents of optoelectronic majors docked with the optoelectronic information industry.Taking the optoelectronic information science and engineering specialty of Jilin Engineering Normal University as an example,it promotes the cross-fusion of disciplines through the diversified three-mentor system,three-level science and technology fusion composite course system,and one-three-three industry-university-research practice system,and puts forward some useful reference for the transformation of the training methods for interdisciplinary and innovative talents in the field of optoelectronics which are applicable to the industrial demand.
