摘要
实践能力的培养是专业学位研究生培养的核心。针对电气类专业学位研究生实践能力培养过程中存在的问题,结合学院情况,全面修订培养方案,形成“课程设置、实习实践、实务型论文”紧密衔接的“三位一体”的特色育人培养体系;探索并建立在生产实践中培养解决工程实际问题能力的长效机制,完善“双导师”制,形成产教融合的校企联合培养基地,并通过科创竞赛和社会实践等方式助力实践育人,对完善和提升电气类专业学位研究生实践能力有一定的指导意义。
The cultivation of practical ability is the core of professional degree graduate education.In view of the problems existing in the process of cultivating the practical ability of postgraduates majoring in electrical engineering,combined with the situation of the college,the training plan has been comprehensively revised.The“three-in-one”education training system,including curriculum setting,internship practice and practical papers,has been formed.A long-term mechanism for cultivating the ability to solve practical engineering problems in production practice has been explored and established.The“double tutorial system”has been improved,and the school-enterprise joint training base for the integration of production and education has been established.Through scientific innovation competitions and social practices,practical education has been promoted.This system is helpful to comprehensively improve the practical ability of electrical engineering graduate students.
