四机四流方坯连铸机出坯系统改造

Upgrading of the Discharge System for a FourStrand Billet Continuous Caster

摘要 国内某钢厂四机四流小方坯连铸机出坯系统存在热送能力低、设备运行不稳定等缺陷,已无法满足生产要求,为此对其进行全面升级改造。将原出坯辊道四流共用长辊改为分流控制短辊、用横向移钢机代替原高架移钢机,并增加液压翻钢机、滑轨冷床、下降机等设备,使铸坯从出坯辊道能顺利运送至热送辊道上;并在关键位置增设高精度激光检测装置,对铸坯进行全程跟踪,以实现自动化控制功能。改造后,出坯系统热送能力大大提升,完全满足生产节奏;各个设备也运行稳定可靠,达到了自动化出坯的工艺要求。在本次改造中,下降机的成功使用,可为同行业在铸坯高低位运送的工况下具有一定的借鉴作用。 The discharge system of a fourstrand billet continuous caster in a domestic steel plant suffered from low hotcharging capacity and unstable equipment operation,which could no longer meet production demands.Therefore,a comprehensive upgrade was implemented.The original long common rolls shared by four strands in the discharge table were replaced with short rolls under strandspecific control,and the original overhead transfer machine was substituted with a lateral transfer machine.Additionally,equipment such as hydraulic tilting manipulators,sliding rail cooling beds,and lowering devices were installed to ensure smooth transportation of billets from the discharge table to the hotcharging roller table.Highprecision laser detection devices were also added at key positions to enable fullprocess tracking of billets and achieve automated control functions.After the upgrade,the hotcharging capacity of the discharge system was significantly improved,fully meeting the production pace.All equipment operated stably and reliably,meeting the technical requirements for automated discharge.The successful application of the lowering device in this project can serve as a valuable reference for similar billet transportation scenarios involving elevation changes in the industry.
