摘要
针对小方坯连铸机塞棒式中间包使用寿命短、侵蚀严重、安全性能差的问题,开展塞头材质与塞棒结构优化,中间包冲击杯、冲击区护板设计优化,挡渣墙与排渣结构改造,中间包渣系调整以及LF炉精炼液态渣循环利用等技术攻关,使中间包塞棒、冲击区、工作层等的侵蚀问题得到了有效解决。塞棒式中间包平均寿命由22.5 h提高到35.7 h,耐火材料成本显著降低,实现了连铸高效率生产。
To address the issues of short lifespan,severe erosion,and poor safety performance of the stopper tundish for small slab continuous casters,technological breakthroughs are made in:optimization of stopper material and stopper rod structure;design improvement of the tundish impact cup,impact zone baffle;modification of slag dam and slag discharge structure;adjustment of tundish slag system;and recycling utilization of LF refining liquid slag.These measures effectively resolves erosion problems in the stopper rod,impact zone,and working lining.The average lifespan of the stopper tundish increases from a 22.5 hours to 35.7 hours,with significant reduction in refractory material costs,achieving high-efficiency continuous casting production.
