方坯连铸机刚性引锭杆与结晶器对中调整方案研究

摘要 本文针对酒钢炼轧厂新炼钢方坯连铸机1-7流刚性引锭杆在送引锭过程中因引锭杆杆体变形导致的与结晶器铜管对中不准问题进行了深入分析,阐述了原有引锭头及过渡段径向微调功能的局限性,在此基础上,研究并制定了一套系统化的、分级别的对中偏差检测与调整方法。通过实践应用表明,该套技术措施能有效解决引锭杆较大变形引起的对中难题,提高检修效率,也显著提高了连铸机开浇成功率与生产稳定性,对同类连铸机的生产维护具有重要的借鉴意义。 This paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the problem of inaccurate alignment with the copper tubes of the mold caused by the deformation of the 1-7 flow rigid guide rods during the feeding process of the new steelmaking billet continuous casting machine in JISCO.The limitations of the original radial fine-tuning function of the ingot guide head and the transition section were expounded.On this basis,a systematic and graded method for detecting and adjusting alignment deviations was studied and formulated.Practical application has shown that this set of technical measures can effectively solve the centering problem caused by the large deformation of the guide rod,improve maintenance efficiency,and significantly increase the success rate of continuous casting machine pouring and production stability.It has important reference significance for the production and maintenance of similar continuous casting machines.
