基于LCA的加筋建筑垃圾土挡墙环境影响研究

Study on environmental impact of reinforced construction waste retaining walls based on LCA

摘要 针对建筑垃圾、废旧轮胎等固体废弃物产量巨大、不可再生资源枯竭及污染物和废弃物排放等环境问题,采用生命周期评价法,比较了常规加筋土挡墙与废旧轮胎加筋建筑垃圾土挡墙对环境的影响,并识别对挡土墙环境影响的关键物质。结果表明:废旧轮胎加筋建筑垃圾土挡墙具有明显环境优势,其加权综合指标仅为加筋土挡墙的79.4%;原材料生产阶段和填料分别为挡土墙环境影响的关键阶段及关键物质,对其进行改进后可改善挡土墙环境影响;进行挡土墙生命周期评价,定量、定性分析挡土墙对环境的影响,评估轮胎加筋建筑垃圾土挡墙的环境实施效果并识别其关键环节,结果有助于设计和施工方法的改进。 In response to the huge production volume of solid waste such as construction debris and used tires,the depletion of non-renewable resources,as well as environmental issues such as pollution and waste discharge,the life cycle assessment method was adopted to compare the environmental impacts of conventional reinforced earth retaining walls and reinforced retaining walls using used tires and construction waste earth retaining walls,and to identify the key substances that affect the environmental impact of the retaining walls.The results show that the construction waste retaining wall reinforced by used tires has obvious environmental advantages,with its weighted comprehensive index being only 79.4%of that of the reinforced earth retaining wall.The production stage of raw materials and the filling material are the key stage and key substances affecting the environmental impact of the retaining wall,respectively.Improving them can reduce the environmental impact of the retaining wall.The life cycle assessment of the retaining wall can quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the environmental impact of the retaining wall,evaluate the environmental implementation effect of the construction waste retaining wall reinforced by used tires,and identify its key links,which is helpful for the improvement of design and construction methods.
