指画颜料中六氯苯、多氯联苯及苯并[α]芘的同步检测

Simultaneous detection of hexachlorobenzene,polychlorinated biphenyls and benzo[α]pyrene in finger painting pigments

摘要 建立气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)同步检测儿童指画颜料中六氯苯(HCB)、9种多氯联苯(PCBs)及苯并[α]芘(B[α]P)的方法,采用涡旋振荡无水硫酸钠脱水(静置4 h),以体积比1∶1的正己烷和丙酮为提取溶剂,超声萃取3次;通过DB-5MS色谱柱分离,采用SIM模式检测。研究结果表明,11种目标化合物在0.1~5.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.9988),检出限0.002~0.010 mg/kg,定量限0.005~0.050 mg/kg;三个添加水平下的加标回收率为90.7%~109.7%,精密度RSD≤9.59%。应用该方法检测35批次市售样品,结果显示40%样品中存在目标化合物。该方法高效、准确、安全,可为我国儿童指画颜料安全性评价、标准制定及市场监管提供技术支撑和理论依据。 A method is established for the simultaneous determination of hexachlorobenzene(HCB),9 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs),and benzo[α]pyrene(B[α]P)in children's finger paints by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The pretreatment process is defined as follows:dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate by vortexing and standing for 4 h,and extracted three times with n-hexane to acetone of volume ratio of 1:1;separated by DB-5MS column and detected in SIM mode.The results show that the 11 target compounds have good linearity in the range of 0.1-5.0 mg/L(R^(2)≥0.9988),with detection limits of 0.002-0.010 mg/kg and quantification limits of 0.005-0.050 mg/kg.The recovery rates at three spiked levels are 90.7%-109.7%,and the precision RSD is≤9.59%.Through this method,35 batches of commercial samples are tested,and it is found that 40%of the samples contain target compounds.This method is efficient,accurate,and safe,and can provide technical support for the safety evaluation,standard formulation,and market supervision of children's finger paints in China.
