摘要
羽绒pH是衡量其品质与安全性的核心指标。传统检测方法存在耗时长、设备响应慢等缺点。针对传统检测方法的不足,从样品前处理、萃取介质、萃取工艺3个方面进行优化。结果表明,优化后的检测时长大幅缩短,且检测结果一致性良好。研究为羽绒pH高效精准检测提供标准化支撑,对行业质量管控有重要参考价值。
The pH value of down is a core indicator for evaluating its quality and safety.Traditional detection methods have drawbacks such as long time and slow equipment response.To address these limitations,optimizations were carried out from three aspects:sample pretreatment,extraction medium and extraction process.The results showed that the detection time was significantly shortened after optimization,and the consistency of the results was well guaranteed.This study provides standardized support for the efficient and accurate detection of pH value of down,which provides important reference value for quality control in the industry.
