气质联用仪校准技术探讨

摘要 阐述了气质联用仪的组成、结构、原理和分析测试方法,接着叙述了气质联用仪校准的应用和发展,并设置了比较合理的气相色谱和质谱仪分析条件,按照校准技术规范要求,通过异辛烷中硬脂酸甲酯全扫描定性,并通过异辛烷中六氯苯和异辛烷中八氟萘保留时间重复性测试、峰面积重复性测试、信噪比测试,各个标准物质连续6次的测试结果显示异辛烷中六氯苯峰面积重复性、保留时间重复性、异辛烷中八氟萘重复性、八氟萘信噪比测定值均满足《JJF 1164-2018气相色谱-质谱联用仪校准规范》要求,在此基础上提出了检定校准结果确认的一般流程,适用于气质联用仪器校准工作,供实验室检测技术人员参考。 The composition,structure,principle and analytical testing methods of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were studied.The application and development of GC-MS calibration were described,and reasonable analysis conditions were set for gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy.According to the calibration technical specifications,the full scan qualitative analysis of methyl stearate in isooctane was carried out,and the retention time repeatability,peak area repeatability,and signal-to-noise ratio of hexachlorobenzene and octafluoronaphthalene in isooctane were tested.The results of six consecutive tests of each standard substance showed that the repeatability of hexachlorobenzene peak area and retention time in isooctane,the repeatability of octafluoronaphthalene in isooctane,and the signal-to-noise ratio of octafluoronaphthalene all met the requirements of JJF1164-2018 Based on the requirements of the"Calibration Specification for Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry",A general process for confirming calibration results was proposed,which was applicable to the calibration of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instruments,providing reference for laboratory testing technicians.
