摘要
数智时代的文化强国建设,是关乎思想根基、力量基石、内生动力与国际形象的深刻变革。受多元思潮冲击、网络圈层割裂、流量逻辑倾轧及西方文化霸权影响,文化强国建设遭遇多重挑战。对此,需要通过坚持党的文化领导权与巩固中华文化主体性,筑牢文化强国的思想根基;推进算法向善与鼓励数字反哺,夯实文化强国的力量基石;抵制低俗文化与弘扬社会主义核心价值观,激活文化强国建设的内生动力;打造自主传播平台与构建自主知识体系,展现文化强国的国际形象,扎实推进文化强国建设。
