摘要
低俗文化是指内容低俗、格调低下、趣味低级,以迎合低谷欲望为主要表现形式的异化文化。这一文化的显著特征即是通过种种畸形价值观念反复拉低社会道德底线或擦边法律边缘,以此博得流量,寻求生存空间。究其实质,低俗文化背后潜隐的是一种低俗价值诉求,并致力于将这种扭曲的价值观层层传递到受众人群,从价值生态层面污化青少年的价值评判与认知。文章遵循问题与目标导向,以“出场-入场-退场”为基本逻辑理路,重点剖析低俗文化从何而来、以何为俗、价值表征等核心议题,并基于价值观生成规律及其建构视角提出:让中华优秀传统文化“动”起来;让大中小学思想政治理论课“实”起来;让健康科学的审美观“立”起来等三重纾困之路,旨在巩固强化社会主义核心价值体系的引领力与整合力,以期纾解低俗文化对于当前青少年价值观培育所造成的桎梏与困境。
Vulgar culture refers to an alienated culture characterized by vulgar content,low standards,and taste,primarily catering to the desires of the lower strata of the masses.This culture is prominently marked by its repeated attempts to lower the social moral bottom line or skirt the legal boundaries through various distorted values,in order to attract attention and seek a foothold.Essentially,lurking behind vulgar culture is a pursuit of vulgar values,which are endeavored to be transmitted layer by layer to the audience,thereby polluting the value judgments and cognition of young people from a value ecological perspective.This article adopts a problem-oriented and goal-driven approach,following the basic logical framework of"emergence,entry and exit".It primarily delves into core issues such as the origins of vulgar culture,what constitutes vulgarity and its value representation.Based on the principles of value generation and its construction perspective,it proposes a threefold strategy:to"energize"excellent traditional Chinese culture,to"enhance"ideological and political theory courses in primary,secondary and tertiary education and to"establish"a healthy and scientific aesthetic concept.This aims to consolidate and strengthen the leading and integrating power of the socialist core value system,thereby alleviating the constraints and difficulties caused by vulgar culture in cultivating values among young people.
