自我决定理论视域下高职院校学生综合素质评价优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Self Determination Theory

摘要 在职业教育不断发展的背景下,开展学生综合素质评价,对高职院校落实立德树人根本任务和深化教育评价改革有重要的促进作用。自我决定理论视域下,高职学生的自主需要、胜任需要和归属需要,与综合素质评价对学生的自我认知、能力提升和规划引导作用相适应。本文就评价实施过程中的评价模式固化、评价反馈缺位及评价主体失联问题,提出注重过程性评价、构建信息化评价平台和强化产教融合作为优化路径,促进学生综合素质的不断提升。 Against the backdrop of the continuous development of vocational education,conducting comprehensive quality evaluation of students plays an important role in promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and deepening educational evaluation reform in vocational colleges.From the perspective of self-determination theory,the autonomy,competence,and belonging needs of vocational college students are adapted to the role of comprehensive quality evaluation in students'self-awareness,ability improvement,and planning guidance.This article proposes to focus on process evaluation,build an information-based evaluation platform,and strengthen the integration of industry and education as optimization paths to promote the continuous improvement of students'comprehensive quality,in order to address the problems of fixed evaluation modes,lack of evaluation feedback,and loss of contact with evaluation subjects in the implementation process of evaluation.
