摘要
父母心理控制是通过侵入孩子内心世界、破坏青少年自主性和情感安全的教养行为,对青少年的成长适应构成显著威胁。为明确父母心理控制对青少年成长适应的多维消极影响及内在作用机制,研究者基于生态系统理论与自我决定理论的整合框架,结合已有研究成果,界定了成长适应的核心内涵,同时选取公正世界信念(认知价值观维度)、同伴欺凌(人际关系维度)及问题性手机使用(行为调控维度)为观测指标,通过分析相关实证研究,揭示其内在关联。研究发现,父母心理控制会挫伤青少年的自主需要、关系需要及能力需要,或使这些基本心理需要得不到满足,进而阻碍青少年公正世界信念的发展、增加遭受同伴欺凌的风险、引发问题性手机使用行为,揭示了“心理控制—需要受挫—适应不良—进一步心理控制”的恶性循环。基于此,研究从父母、教师和家校协同三个方面提出解决策略,以期为家庭教育减少心理控制、学校精准开展心理辅导、构建家校协同育人体系提供科学依据与实践方向。
Parental psychological control,an intrusive parenting behavior that encroaches on adolescents’inner worlds and undermines their autonomy and emotional security,poses a significant threat to adolescents’developmental adaptation.To examine its multidimensional detrimental effects and underlying mechanisms,this study adopted an integrated framework of ecological systems theory and self-determination theory,clarifying the core connotation of developmental adaptation,and selecting belief in a just world(cognitive-values dimension),peer victimization(interpersonal dimension),and problematic smartphone use(behavioral regulation dimension)as key indicators.Empirical analyses revealed that parental psychological control frustrates adolescents’basic psychological needs for autonomy,relatedness,and competence,or left these basic needs unmet.This need frustration hinders the development of belief in a just world,increases the risk of peer victimization,and contributes to problematic smartphone use.These findings illuminate a vicious cycle of“psychological control→need frustration→maladaptation→further psychological control”.Based on these findings,the study proposes strategies for parents,teachers,and home-school collaboration,providing scientific evidence and practical guidance for reducing psychological control in family education,implementing tailored school-based counseling interventions,and building an effective home-school collaborative education system.
