摘要
在当前国家深入实施创新驱动发展战略、大力推进“大众创业、万众创新”的宏观背景下,高等教育,尤其是民办高校作为培养应用型人才的重要阵地,其创新创业教育的改革与深化显得尤为迫切。创新创业社团作为第二课堂的核心载体和学生自主实践的关键平台,在激发学生创新意识、锤炼创业能力、培养团队精神方面发挥着课堂教学难以替代的作用。本研究旨在探索民办高校如何通过创新创业社团这一特定组织形式,有效构建并实施聚焦于创业团队培育的育人模式。
Under the current macro background of the country's in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and vigorous promotion of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the reform and deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education,especially in private colleges and universities,which are important bases for cultivating applied talents,are particularly urgent.As the core carrier of the second classroom and a key platform for studentsindependent practice,the innovation and entrepreneurship club plays an irreplaceable role that classroom teaching cannot replace in stimulating studentsinnovative consciousness,tempering their entrepreneurial ability and cultivating team spirit.This study aims to explore how private colleges and universities can effectively construct and implement an educational model focused on the cultivation of entrepreneurial teams through the specific organizational form of innovation and entrepreneurship clubs.
