摘要
“双创”人才实践能力培养一直是高校人才培养过程中的一个难点和痛点,校内实践基地在此过程中可以担任重要的角色。经过长期的探索与实践,针对“双创”人才实践能力培养过程中面临的“三多三少、三难三缺”的问题,通过组建以专业创新工作室、创业学生团队、创新创业社团有机融合的校内创业团队,选取以校内需求为主的创业项目,构建“校内大循环”的“双创”人才实践能力培养体系来建设校内“双创”实践基地,并取得了较好的效果。
It is difficult to develop practical ability for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and in this process,the campus practice base can play an important role.After long-term exploration and practice,in response to the problem of“three more vs.three less,and three difficulties vs.three deficiencies”faced in the process of cultivating practical ability for innovation and entrepreneurship talents,we have formed an integrated campus entrepreneurship team of professional innovation studios,entrepreneurial student teams,and innovation and entrepreneurship clubs.By selecting entrepreneurship projects that focus on campus needs and constructing a“campus circulation”system for cultivating the practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,we have achieved good results in building a campus innovation and entrepreneurship practice base.
