摘要
目的探讨奥布卡因凝胶两种不同使用方法在电子鼻咽喉镜检查中的应用。方法选择2024年11月至12月期间在我院门诊行电子鼻咽喉镜检查的964例患者为研究对象,随机分为AB两组,各482例。A组采用奥布卡因凝胶单纯鼻腔表面麻醉法,B组采用奥布卡因凝胶鼻腔与咽部混合麻醉法。比较两组完成检查需要时间、医生操作难度感受、患者视觉疼痛模拟感受以及不良反应严重程度的差异。结果A组医生的平均检查时间为66.2 s,明显少于B组的71.7 s(P<0.001),A组医生操作感受分数8.8,也高于B组的6.4(P<0.001),同时A组患者不良反应控制方面也优于B组。结论奥布卡因凝胶单纯鼻腔表面麻醉相较于鼻腔与咽部混合麻醉方式有一定的优势,不仅简化麻醉流程,而且降低了医生的操作难度和患者检查不适感。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of local anesthesia using oxybuprocaine gel with the application of two different methods in electronic nasopharyngoscopy.METHODS A total of 964 patients who underwent electronic nasopharyngoscopy in our hospital from November to December 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into A and B group,482 cases in each group.Group A received simple nasal surface anesthesia with oxybuprocaine gel,and group B received mixed nasal and pharyngeal anesthesia with oxybuprocaine gel.The time needed to complete the examination,the difficulty of operation for he doctors,the visual pain simulation feeling of patients and the severity of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The average examination time of doctors in Group A was 66.2 seconds,significantly less than Group B's 71.7 seconds(P<0.001).The operating experience score of doctors in Group A was 8.8,which was also higher than Group B's 6.4(P<0.001).At the same time,the control of adverse reactions in Group A patients was also better than that in Group B.CONCLUSION Compared with the mixed anesthesia of nasal and pharynx,oxybuprocaine gel can simplify the anesthesia process and reduce the discomfort of patients.
