摘要
目的探讨不同使用方法3M8代粘接剂对恒牙中、深龋充填后敏感的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年9月至2023年12月宁德市蕉城区医院160例恒牙中、深龋充填患者临床资料,根据术中3M8代粘接剂处理方式进行分组,将按照常规使用方式的80例患者设为对照组,按照改良使用方式的80例患者设为观察组。比较两组患者修复效果、手术时间、边缘微渗漏深度、修复体敏感分级及术后敏感相关指标。结果两组修复体固位、边缘密合性、牙髓活力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间长于对照组,边缘微渗漏深度小于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者修复体敏感分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组VAS评分、Schiff客观评分低于对照组,牙齿敏感值大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3M8代粘接剂采用改良方法用于恒牙中、深龋充填有较好的临床效果,虽会增加手术时间,但能降低修复体敏感度,减少微渗漏发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of 3M8 adhesive on the sensitivity of permanent teeth after filling with middle and deep caries.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with medium and deep caries filling in permanent teeth in Jiaocheng District Hospital of Ningde City from September 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into groups according to the treatment of 3M8 generation adhesive during the operation,and 80 patients who were treated by conventional use were set as the control group.According to the modified use method,80 patients were set as the observation group.The repair effect,operation time,edge microleakage depth,sensitivity grade and postoperative sensitivity were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of retention,edge adhesion and pulp vitality between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the edge microleakage depth was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the classification of prosthesis sensitivity between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS score and Schiff objective score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and tooth sensitivity value was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified 3M8 adhesive has good clinical effect in the filling of permanent teeth with middle and deep caries.Although it can increase the operation time,it can reduce the sensitivity of the prosthesis and reduce the occurrence of microleakage.
