浙江省公立医院岗位管理的对策探析

摘要 本文2025年起在浙江省公立医院全面实施统一的专业技术岗位聘任条件背景下,以新时代公立医院岗位管理的5项主要工作和重点任务出发,从亟待全方位认识岗位管理、强化岗聘工作的标准化建设、持续完善业绩档案库数据质量等3个方面着手,提出统一思想,分级管理,形成闭环式岗位管理体系;通过建立定期人员培训机制、跨部门数据共享机制加强医院内部机制建设;通过提高数据质量、构建“岗位管理服务智能体”及完善技术支撑手段打通业务管理服务“最后一公里”等改善举措,为公立医院探索优化岗位管理提供新思路。 Under the background of comprehensive implementation of unified professional and technical job appointment conditions of public hospitals in Zhejiang Province starting from 2025,this article starts from the five main tasks and key tasks of job management of public hospitals in the new era,starts from three aspects:urgent need to comprehensively understand job management,strengthen standardization construction of job appointment work,and continuously improve data quality of performance archives,proposes unified thinking,hierarchical management,and form a closed-loop job management system;strengthening internal mechanism construction of hospitals by establishing regular personnel training mechanisms,and cross departmental data sharing mechanisms;improves measures include improving data quality,building a“job management service intelligent agent”,and improving technical support methods to bridge the last mile of business management services,provide new ideas for exploring and optimizing job management in public hospitals.
