摘要
科学家精神是科技工作者在长期科学实践中积累的宝贵精神财富,科学成就离不开精神支撑,弘扬科学家精神是加快实现高水平科技自立自强的必然要求。医学科学家是科学家群体的重要组成部分,因医学的科学属性、人文属性和社会属性,医学科学家精神与科学家精神一脉相承,又有其独特内涵。本文以中国医学科学院北京协和医院传承弘扬医学科学家精神的探索和实践为研究对象,探讨新时代如何将以爱国、创新、求实、奉献、协同、育人为核心的科学家精神融入医院文化建设,用伟大精神激励医务人员接续奋斗,凝聚推动医院高质量发展的磅礴力量。
Spirit of scientist is a valuable spiritual wealth accumulated by scientific and technological workers in long-term scientific practice,scientific achievements cannot be separated from spiritual support,and promoting spirit of scientist is an inevitable requirement for accelerating realization of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement.Medical scientist is an important part of scientific community,and due to scientific attribute,humanistic attribute,and social attribute,spirit of medical scientist is in line with spirit of scientist,and has its unique connotation.This article focuses on exploration and practice of inheriting and promoting spirit of medical scientist in Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,explores how to integrate spirit of scientist centered on patriotism,innovation,pragmatism,dedication,collaboration,and education into hospital culture construction in the new era,adopting great spirit to motivate medical personnel to continue their struggle,and gather powerful force to promote high-quality development of hospital.
