摘要
目的:对人文医院领域的研究进展和热点趋势进行可视化分析,为推动人文医院建设提供参考。方法:对中国知网数据库人文医院研究相关文献进行检索,利用Excel软件进行年度发文量统计,利用CiteSpace软件进行关键词共现、突现和聚类等可视化分析。结果:共纳入760篇文献;自1995年以来,人文医院研究发文量呈现波动上升后小幅下降的趋势;关键词“人文关怀”出现频次较高,是人文医院研究的核心内容;研究热点从宏观的医院整体管理理念向细分领域的制度设计、实践探索和特定群体的具体工作实践转变;研究方法从单一的理念倡导和经验总结转向有实证的量化研究。结论:人文医院研究与时代变革同频共振,形成了较为系统的研究体系。未来需聚焦“医院文化建设”和“医学生人文教育”等前瞻性议题,为人文建设提供科学支持,以满足民众健康需求,助力医院高质量、可持续发展。
Objective:To conduct a visualized analysis of research progress,hotspots,and trends in the field of humanistic hospitals,and to provide references for promoting humanistic hospital development.Methods:Relevant literature on humanistic hospitals was retrieved from the CNKI database.Excel was used to analyze annual publication volume,and CiteSpace was applied to conduct visual analyses of keyword co-occurrence,burst detection,and clustering.Results:A total of 760 articles were included.Since 1995,the number of publications on humanistic hospitals has shown a fluctuating upward trend followed by a slight decline.The keyword“humanistic care”appeared with high frequency and constituted the core content of research in this field.Research hotspots have shifted from macro-level hospital management concepts to more specific domains such as institutional design,practical exploration,and targeted practices for particular groups.Research methods have evolved from conceptual advocacy and experience-based summaries to empirically grounded quantitative studies.Conclusion:Research on humanistic hospitals has evolved in alignment with broader social transformations and has formed a relatively systematic research framework.Future studies should focus on forward-looking topics such as hospital culture development and humanistic education for medical students,in order to provide scientific support for humanistic development,meet public health needs,and promote high-quality and sustainable development of hospitals.
