摘要
目的基于随机森林模型,探讨导师角色对北京协和医院毕业研究生满意度影响,为优化医学研究生教育质量和导师指导效果提供科学依据。方法采用横断面设计,2024年6月选取中国医学科学院北京协和医院225名医学毕业生进行导师满意度问卷调查。运用随机森林模型对79个影响因素进行重要性排序,通过滑动窗口序贯向前选择法降维,筛选出重要性评分最高且平均袋外估算误差率最小的关键变量,进一步采用多因素logistic回归分析,评估影响因素的作用方向及效应值。结果225名医学研究生对导师满意度为94.22%。随机森林模型显示,变量数为4时平均袋外估算误差率最小。多因素logistic回归分析显示,师生关系(OR=6.926)、导师对学生治学态度的培养(OR=1.771)、导师对生活的指导(OR=2.072)、导师对道德修养的影响(OR=2.448)与学生对导师满意度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论导师应重点关注师生关系、治学态度培养、生活指导及道德修养等核心领域,以进一步提升指导效果与教育质量。
Objective To explore the impact of mentor role on satisfaction of graduate student at Peking Union Medical College Hospital based on random forest model,provide scientific evidence for optimizing education quality of medical graduate student and effectiveness of mentor guidance.Methods Cross section design was used,a total of 225 medical graduate students from Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in June 2024 were selected for a satisfaction questionnaire survey on mentor.Random forest model was used to rank importance of 79 influencing factors,dimensionality reduction was performed through sliding window sequential forward selection method,key variables with the highest importance score and the lowest average out of bag estimation error rate were screened out,further multiple logistic regression analysis was used,action direction and effect value of influencing factors were evaluated.Results Satisfaction rate of 225 medical graduate students on mentors was 94.22%.Random forest model showed that the lowest average out of bag estimation error rate when the number of variables was 4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that teacher-student relationship(OR=6.926),mentor’s cultivation of students’academic attitude(OR=1.771),mentor’s guidance on life(OR=2.072),and mentor’s influence on moral cultivation(OR=2.448)were positively correlated with students’satisfaction on mentors(P<0.05).Conclusion Mentors should focus on key areas such as teacher-student relationship,cultivation of academic attitude,life guidance,and moral cultivation to further enhance guidance effectiveness and education quality.
