摘要
在眼科临床教学中,医患沟通技巧日益成为保障诊疗质量与提升教学成效的重要因素。面对眼科疾病诊断与治疗的专业性、复杂性以及患者心理的多样性,培养医学毕业生掌握高效、温暖且专业的沟通技能,能够显著改善医患互动关系,提高临床实习与授课效率。基于此,研究聚焦医患沟通技巧在眼科临床教学中的应用,通过阐述其在教学改革和人才培养中的意义,提出系统化的实施原则,并从实际教学策略角度出发,总结可行路径与典型案例。结果表明,将医患沟通技巧融入眼科实习与授课全过程,既能提高学生的临床诊断能力和人文关怀意识,也能进一步促进医院与患者之间的信任与配合。期望研究能为医学院校及临床带教教师在培养眼科专业人才时提供有价值的参考与借鉴。
In ophthalmology clinical teaching,doctor-patient communication skills have become an essential factor in ensuring diagnostic and treatment quality while improving teaching effectiveness.Given the professionalism and complexity of ophthalmic disease diagnosis and treatment,as well as the diversity of patient psychology,cultivating medical graduates with efficient,warm,and professional communication skills can significantly improve doctor-patient interaction and enhance clinical internship and teaching efficiency.Based on this,this paper focuses on the application of doctor-patient communication skills in ophthalmology clinical teaching.It discusses the significance of these skills in teaching reform and talent cultivation,proposes a systematic implementation principle,and summarizes feasible pathways and typical cases from a practical teaching strategy perspective.The results show that integrating doctor-patient communication skills into the entire ophthalmology internship and teaching process can improve students'clinical diagnostic abilities and humanistic care awareness,while further promoting trust and cooperation between hospitals and patients.This research is expected to provide valuable reference and guidance for medical schools and clinical instructors in training ophthalmology professionals.
