天然气用户分类分级与管网应急工况分析研究

摘要 随着天然气需求的持续增长,天然气管网的安全与稳定运行已成为保障能源供应的重要课题,复杂工况和突发事件对管网运行的调控与管理提出了更高要求。为解决天然气管网用户分类分级与应急工况分析的关键问题,提出了一种基于用户重要性划分的分级分类方法,明确了用户分类的指标体系与边界条件,对用户用气需求、负荷波动及优先级进行量化分析,为管网运行决策提供理论支持。以某区域天然气管网为研究对象,结合实际管网结构与运行数据,构建了管网仿真模型,对典型应急工况进行了评估,揭示了不同用户类别和应急事件对管网运行的影响。结果表明,在某段管网停输时,整体管网压力能够在一定范围内保持稳定,供气安全基本可控,但高优先级用户的供气保障仍存在薄弱环节,需要进一步优化运行策略。基于此,在保障重点用户安全供气的前提下,提出优化管网运行调控策略和应急管理机制的建议,为天然气管网的安全运行与应急处置提供了科学依据和实践参考。 With the continuous growth of natural gas demand,ensuring the safe and stable operation of natural gas pipeline networks has become crucial.Complex operating conditions and emergencies impose higher requirements on the regulation and management of pipeline network operations.To address the key issues of user classification and grading,as well as emergency operating condition analysis in natural gas pipeline networks,a grading and classification method based on user importance is proposed.This method clarifies the indicator system and boundary conditions for user classification,conducts quantitative analysis of user gas demand,load fluctuations,and priorities,and provides theoretical support for pipeline network operation decisions.Taking the natural gas pipeline network in a certain region as the research object,combined with the actual pipeline network structure and operational data,a pipeline network simulation model is constructed.Typical emergency working conditions are evaluated,the impact of different user categories and emergency events on pipeline network operation is revealed.The results show that when a certain section of the pipeline network is shut down,the overall pipeline network pressure can remain stable within a certain range,and gas supply safety is basically controllable.However,there are still weak links in the gas supply guarantee for high-priority users,requiring further optimization of operational strategies.Based on this,suggestions are proposed for optimizing pipeline network operation regulation strategies and emergency management mechanisms under the premise of ensuring safe gas supply to key users,which provides a scientific basis and practical reference for the safe operation and emergency response of natural gas pipeline networks.
